As a California CNSA several of my recent assignments have come from signing companies utilizing the SnapDocs.com website. The notary is required to upload all their notary credentials and associated documents (bond, E&O ins., driver's license, etc.) to this website. Signing companies then have them at hand to look at and decide if they want to hire you. I must say I enjoy using the SnapDocs.com website. When signing companies receive docs from the lender they upload them to the website, notify me (usually via text or a phone call) that the docs are available for downloading and printing. There are boxes for comments from me and the signing company if there are questions. I really like working this way; it's a very tidy website. Of course it doesn't help the last minute receipt of docs from the lenders. |
