$60 to the notary, and then $8.00/hr per person they have on staff making those 150 phone calls! And then of course their whopping phone bill that they're running up making 150 calls per closing. Then there are all the follow up phone calls and man hours making those calls when the package comes back all screwed up to get it corrected.

Now there's a solid business plan!!!
