If they were immediately after the document (and assuming they were not at the end of the entire document stack, but even then), that's a strong indication that the document preceeding them was meant to be notarized. Even though it's unusual, I see documents that regularly shouldn't need a notarization requiring one anymore (i.e. proceeds directions, riders, etc.). Additionally, I rarely have experienced title including extra certificates. Maybe just a difference in experiences, but that's my take on it. I hope you're able to resolve without too much hassle. |
