A couple of days ago I posted about having 4 signings and getting all docs for all those signings the day before. Well ... some lenders/TCs are back to their old bad habits.

I have 2 signings for today. First one (a refi), lender and TC are in Florida and signing was scheduled for 9:00am.

2nd one is a seller's package for 5:30pm. TC is in California. I received these docs yesterday with no issues.

Back to the first one. I accepted it yesterday morning and stressed during that phone call that I needed docs by end of day yesterday. Scheduler promised to pass that info along to TC. When I didn't have docs by 5:20pm, I called borrower and he made a few calls. He was told lender and TC are 3 hours ahead of us and would have docs to me first thing this morning. WRONG! Nothing received when I accessed my computer at 5:30am. Luckily, borrower is flexible today. It is now 9:40am in California (12:40pm in Florida) and still no docs.

Due to delay and inconvenience, I requested a $25 fee increase. It was approved without issue. Smile
