I'm sorry you fell for the hype. See Msg #645225 - I point this one out because it was written by one of the most, if not THE most, successful notary signing agents on this forum. Please note the title of the post and the first statement - that's as far as you need to read

This most successful notary is picking up an application for part-time quickbooks work - that should tell you all you need to know about this business. My suggestion? Get a regular job....push this in after hours if you still want it - but don't plan on living off it.
