Thanks for the info.

I make great money as a project manager for the DoD; I do not have plans to quite my day job, mainly because I love it and also for the benefits, I have great work/life balance. I already contribute to my 401k (its maxed). I would like to use the funds I make as a TIP to max out my ROTH and pad my savings. The goals is to purchase rental properties at some point and have another source of income (while trying to buy the properties in cash).

No intention of quitting my job, just a way to make some extra money on my own timeline/schedule. I am already a notary in MD, but we can only charge $4 per document here. So clearly not big money, Smile
