This is hilarious. The very enterprise that followed other corporate entities to tank our business seems to be at the end of their rope still reaching out to us to keep us in the loop.

Scams these days are bountiful. Our local DA issued warnings about title thefts on the rise, especially with absentee homeowners across the US. In the past 30 days I have had two notaries reach out that they wish to collaborate with me un building their business.

Last weekend a young man called me to pitch the AI Bot opportunity.

There is no shortage of folks out there trying to figure out how to make $en$e of this bu$ine$$ opportunity, which began on a downhill slide over a decade ago.

What's next?
