So how did you use credible witnesses? Can use only credible witnesses if impossible for the person to get photo ID. Just not bothering to take time to go in to DMV to get the ID doesn't make it impossible. Impossible to obtain is for the person who is disabled and bedridden so physically not able to get into DMV.

You may have saved this signing but have made it impossible for the next Notary who follows the law and doesn't allow the use of credible witnesses in the same situation with expired ID! Didn't you just take your Notary exam? I though you were better.
