Not a joke offer. It's insulting!

But, I do have questions about that offer. Last line says: "Courier - Email 1099 from OPM and FULL trust. Please be familiar with trust docs." Does that mean just pick up the 1099 from OPM (federal government retirement form) and the entire Trust and email both these docs? Is that all the notary is supposed to do? No notarization or signature of any kind; just act as courier and scan back a couple of docs? Nothing to ship back?

If that's the case and you're located nearby and have a portable scanner, then you might consider countering that offer. $35 is way too low if you take into account gas prices, your equipment, the convenience you're providing and your time.
