Now that you mention it, I recall running into this a couple of times, working with GA attorneys. This is the only situation I ever recall where the "as required for documents to be recorded in another state" [or however that goes] actually applies. As long as we didn’t include a capacity, I was OK. I was just careful to get in writing what it was they needed - and all I remember is that it was very specific.
BTW, the quote above relates only to California. |
