Not since we got left holding bad checks from SOX in 2006 have we been hit... Until now. Partner/husband took signing from Notary Cloud in April after running their name in SC and finding nothing there.
We received check May 23rd and our Bank just notified us last Thursday, the el cheque is malo and charged us $15.
We email these cheats with the returned check and fees and add $25 recovery fee and gave them till today to pay by Paypal or check. Mailman come and gone. Nada.
This time I ran the name thru regular search and saw all your 2017 postings re Notary Cloud which at the time were all benign. I searched NV SOS and confirmed Notary Cloud opened and operated by Brandon C. Knudson.
The job Bob closed for Notary Cloud had Title/Escrow as Milestone Settlement LLC, also opened and operated by Brandon C. Knudson - they share same address 8915 S Pecos Ste 17-A, Henderson, NV.
Lender is Village Capital & Investment, LLC, opened and operated by Allen Knudson 2863 St. Rose Pkwy, Henderson, NV... only 2 miles from Notary Cloud and Milestone. There is also a business development company, Nura, LLC, opened and operated by Brandon Knudson 2831 St. Rose Pkwy Ste 228, Henderson, NV 89052.
Our next step is FHA complaint and NV SOS and of course, Nevada State Attorney General. |
