Village Capital is a mortgage banker. As such they are licensed to do business in your state. http://villagecapital.com/licenses/

Each state has its own regulatory agency. That is where you should file a complaint. http://www.idob.state.ia.us/

First contact Village Capital. In writing (whether email or certified mail), let them know that you require payment in full in the amount of $___ by (drop dead date) or you will be filing a complaint against their license on the next business date (specify date). Then, follow through.

Don't give up. Fight for your hard-earned money.
