I wanted to take a moment to praise Scott from Optimum Notary Signing Service.
I took my first signing from them on Wednesday evening. The package itself was a very strange purchase package. I was able to get through it without issue as all of the components of a regular purchase were there, just in formats and including information that I had not experienced, yet.
Scott was awesome to work with. He was exceedingly polite, answered his phone promptly and returned calls promptly with information. I did have to ask a bunch of questions, but he seemed excited to relay questions to Title that he had never considered, before.
I haven't gotten paid by them, yet. I'll write an update when I get paid to them and leave a review on SC with my total experience.
If you get an offer from Optimum, take it. I was honestly very pleasantly surprised by Scott's professionalism, friendly attitude, and prompt communication.
I'm wondering if anyone has had any experiences with them, so we can get some discussion history for SC. |
