Help! I haven't done many real estate notarizations. My neighbor bought a property out of state and asked that I notarize the docs. The docs are preprinted and say State of Arizona, County of Maricopa (where the property is located), but my commission is in the State of California, County of Orange. Can I cross out Arizona and Maricopa and put my correct information or do I have to provide a separate form and attach it? What do I do??? Thanks for your help! |
