I find it understandable that their software would erroneously assign a date in the future. Computer nonsense happens.

I would be nice until I received all money owed.

Then I would tell them to take me off their list.

If I didn't get payment by 90 days, I would invoice them for late fees and file a small claims court fee. Plus I would let them know that I have the correct address for filing a business license and secretary of state complaint in THEIR state and would do so in ten days.
