 Question about Preliminary Title Reports

I'm curious. Is this something that only Title/Escrow Companies have access to? Or can the general public at large request them via the Internet, Cloud, or Database.

I know that Google is my friend and is considered a secondary form of education; however, I would really like to hear from a human being. IMJS
