The only time I EVER call a company about dates is if the appointment date changed and I need to know if the docs are date sensitive.

A majority of the packages that I see are dated prior to the signing and the RTC page is the only one that needs special attention if it is filled in already. I would look 'wet behind the ears' if I called to verify every single one of these.

I worry about the dates in my own certs and the dates on the RTC... I also make sure the borrower dates the documents correctly that he/she signs... other than that... the 'Document Date' is none of my concern. (If it is Post Dated... I would call to verify but I've never had it happen).
