from a new co. that's going to be working in the RON arena. They're offering all the software, including the required 5-year record keeping for VA. From what they told me, their fee structure would take about 50% of the fee, assuming cos. are still going to pay the average fee for loan signings. I'm still very skeptical, but am going to take a look at what they're offering. I'll keep you posted. |
