Hello everyone this is a follow up to my initial post.
Do not use this company!
I just got off the phone. With them and was told they cannot issue a stop pay for 30 days!
What in the world? She proceeded to tell me that I had not send docs but then said I sent them the same day of the signing. She said that they don’t mail payments from Houston but rather California. Well it does not take a week to get mail from California either. I advised her I would call the title company and she said I had to do what I had to do. I let her know she would be put on Cafe as a service to not deal with and she said she would appreciate if I would not do that.
She so rudely said that she could do nothing and when I got payment to let her know. The thing here is one payment is already 30 days overdue, so place the stop pay, right. But no she said she can’t control accounting (or something of that nature). She continually said it was so weird I have not gotten payment.
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!! Unless you’re okay with chasing payments. I am owed $325 and all three signings are anywhere from 35-60 days overdue.
She ended the call saying they would not use me again. What would make you think I would take a signing from you again? The nerve!!!
