Has anyone else noticed a change? Typically, RocketClose will email a confirmation (not once, but twice) upon a file being assigned. Then, they'll also email 2 simultaneous notices that docs are ready.
Yesterday afternoon, I accepted 2 signings. No emailed confirmations. The assignments appear on my mobile app and on their portal, but not emailed confirmations. I accepted another assignment from them this morning with same results. I did call and they don't know why this lack of emailed confirmation happened.
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or if it's just me ....
