 Rude and aggressive signers?

Have you ever had a signer become aggressive and confrontational just by mentioning that a voided check may be required to be sent back with documents?

I called to confirm an appointment for next Tuesday, mentioned that I hadn't seen the documents yet but that a voided check may be required to be included with the disbursement of proceeds form. The guy freaks out and becomes demeaning and aggressive.

I was shocked. Told the SS that if the signer is going to become aggressive and confrontational over hearing what MAY be required during the signing, that I am not willing to enter his home.
