 Signing Agent School?

If it is who I am thinking they are a decent company. Their initial offers are low but you can counter and/or if they don't get accepted they will increase the fee offered. They don't always require scanbacks but right now a lot of title companies are because they are afraid FedEx/UPS won't deliver due to bad weather. So I am doing about the signings this month that I normally do because I promised myself I would not do scanbacks this year!
