Alas, you're too right! It is a race to the bottom.

In CT NSAs have essentially been pit out of business by the legislature saying Notaries Public are not allowed to do closings which involve q title policies.

General Notary Work (GNW) is way down, too.

*sigh* Times sure have changed, and not for the better....
