Had this happen when I was a R.E. Broker. Liens filed against a Seller that were actually someone else's with the same name. Back then 'the fix' was simply an Affidavit signed by Seller that she was not the person that the liens were against. Seemed kinda idiotic, but TC was happy. But your situation is worse---a bail bond--stay on this until it's corrected.
