Now filing complaints with Florida against a non-pay hiring contractor called Standard Notary Services (a dba of TENEX, INC) his name is Dalton Jewett. Got a deluxe check from a 3rd party payor called Notary Pay LLC, showing my address, the job#, BUT made out to a company called Mobile Zone which rendered the check uncashable. Emailed Standard (my job order shows them as payors) and Incredibly he tells me that my profile shows I accept checks as Mobile Zone - If that makes the check wrong, then its my fault! I asked where he got profile and he said he joined an internet notary database search company called signingorder.com who provided paying services to him thru the 3rd party. He sent MY fee to THEM! I looked at profile - someone had done a cut&paste! Not current and someone had put in the Pay To area Mobile Zone! Emails all these companies, I was told they use NNA (nope --I locked mine) they said I falsified the profile, the only way to get a check was for me to correct it, but of course had to join signingorder.com to do that per their guy, ANTHONY! Well won't go on but needless to say, my client, Standard Notary Services, thinks that Anthony can blacklist him and me if I don't stop causing trouble!? Just avoid these companies! |
