How great to be able to share a little happiness with him! It's so simple and doesn't take much of our time, yet can make an enormous difference to someone like him... Leaves us feeling good, too. Smile

Kinda reminds me of an RM signing I did years ago for a widower living alone who had an extensive collection of war memorabilia very carefully displayed all over his townhome. After we finished signing, he gave me a detailed tour of his collection, none of which I remember 'cause it's not my thing, but he was so happy to be able to show it off to someone. I don't think he got many visitors or chances to do that...
