45-60 days is normal for some.

I actually upcharge $5 to $10 for these now that I know who they are.

Some pay in 10 days or less...some pay in 30-45.

I send "statements" (gentle reminders) around the first of the month to those getting close to 30 who tend to fiddle around until 45.

I send another reminder at 45 - Second notice.
I call the next day.

Third notice - Send another at 60 - I note the days since the signing.
Call the next day.

At day 65...call them every day if possible until you get a check.

Check to see if the DOT was recorded.

Start figuring out how to work the small claims court in your state.

Post the ones who go past 90 days!!

BEST thing to do is to AVOID the bad ones.
