place, the lender MUST recognize it and accept it. They're not allowed to demand another one - unless there's something wrong with the POA that is submitted (like it doesn't allow the AIF to sell, mortgage, lease property, etc).

Most of the time they're worried about having an original to record - all they need is a certified copy of the POA that was used.
