In 17 years I have never seen that, especially for new construction. They make them sign their own prepared specifically by their attorney for that specific transaction for that specific lender specific to real estate. If that's not legal, they get away with it and nobody contests it. I have never seen a general POA ever used to buy or sell a property. |
