For that much mileage, $100 is the least you should have gotten, but another $10 or $15 would not have been excessive. Seller pkgs usually, while smaller, take as much table time as a standard refi as there are often a small bunch of forms that they have to fill out (& sometimes consult via phone with somebody for help in proper completion).
Oh, and get used to putting it ALL out there...unfortunately, it's part of the business. Not saying you should without due diligence, caution and a suspicious mindset. |
