Plan B:

Drive to Oxnard/Camarillo

Catch Metrolink to Downtown Union Station

Take UBER to SOS office, opens 8am

Drop Apostille requests

Return to Union Station Metrolink via UBER

Arrive back to Metrolink station in Oxnard/Camarillo

Better plan, I think. I can do this in five hours.
