 Trouble obtaining docs

I have been having a real problem getting docs. Currently my signing is at 7:00 pst and it is not 7:10. I have been on the phone with the signing agent for the last three hours and they keep saying they are going to be downloaded, but not so far. I have talked to the borrower and trying to set up an appointnment for tomorrow (probably date sen docs). Sorry just need to let off steam.
