 Uber Notarize/G'Man Mobile Notary and Signings

Has anyone worked with this company? They are in Visalia CA. I did a courtesy GNW for this company on August 18th. Even printed the documents and they will not respond to emails and have not paid me. It's been a month with no response. Please let me know.
