I think it's important to remember that not all notaries are alike and therefore not all experiences with a SS can be rated the same. I'm not saying Simone isn't good at her job, but I firmly believe that I need to give each SS a chance.

It could be that a SS was having a cash flow problem at one point in time and that's why they were slow to pay.

I have seen that consistently across the board some SS just are bad, but most of the time not everyone has the same experience.
