I'm wondering the same as Cheryl. This site isn't moderated and is primarily a sideline for the owners' primary business. This issue has been discussed here many, many times, and the upshot is that we just need to take that fact into consideration when we decide how to use the data found here. For example, it would probably be a full-time, herculean task to update Signing Central with which companies are still in business, which are not, and what to make of the ratings. It would also be a never ending job - and would probably mean they'd need to pay someone to try to do that work, resulting in higher membership fees.
