Why IPEN & not RON. Cuz signers hate the tech/scared.

I've been doing an off-the-cuff 'survey-of-sorts' with paper-doc signers and have yet to find even the most tech-savvy person who thinks it's a good idea for 'something this important /serious / much money'. Most of them will add their personal horror story about a simple online Amazon or other type purchase that went off the rails. A few have told me they feel like Lenders & Title companies are trying to 'force it down my throat'...their words, not mine.
