No hair pulling for me. I will only do RON for Amrock. No tagging. No cost. No hassle. No credit risk. No exceptions. I can squeeze in an AMROCK RON signing in between GNW assignments.
For the foreseeable futute, I will not do RON for GNW. I have heard too many times that the "counter-party" wont accept an electronic notarization amongst other hassels. Although RON is legal in my state, the counter party is not mandated to accept it. And most will not.
I have no intention of being a leader in RON for GNW. THere are still too many difficulties and yes, hair pulliing. We don't earn enough money for "hair-pulling" aggravation. $65? Not enough to get my hair pulled out.
