I thought this was an interesting concept.

I had a signing with a couple who had signed the week before and for some reason it was rejected. So a re-sign. Until 2/18 in IN you had to have a witness for the mortgage. I brought my husband with me since they could not get a witness and they told me the guy who signed them the first time put them on his phone video and he had a witness watch them sign and then said he would sign and notarize the witness document later.

I never used that but what do you think about this being an answer?
