Six days a week, as usual.  I do hope there's no demand for a Christmas morning loan closing, but I really don't have an issue with doing one appointment or two on a holiday. For several years now I've been called to a large family's place on Thanksgiving morning. They have a complicated estate plan that needs wills notarized every year or something to protect interests overseas. They pour me a cup of coffee and drop IDs on the table, and I make notes of what I need to and then go call up each signer as I need them (with their witnesses) to get their documents done. They keep me in coffee, and while they wait, the football game is on. It's a highly efficient and even fun appointment every year. |
