I received notice from a title company that I work for that we would no longer be employees but independent contractors (which works better for me). In doing so, those of us who have worked for them for years are required to fill out an approved closer agreement which includes "In the event a claim is made against (insert company name) arising out of my conduct...I shall promptly reimburse (company name) for the full amount of (company name's) expenditures, whether through payment of a judgement or through (company's name) defense, compromise or settlement of such claim, including attorney fees and costs of litigation or settlement negotiations.
Would you?
