You do realize that usually that AKA form is backwards, 99% of the time, right?
The title co. will throw it in there so they are covered, get you to continue on, but you cannot notarize that AKA unless it has the correct name in the signature line, and they never do.
THAT'S what you are notarizing.
It's the same old name signing and the new name in the AKA portion above really means nothing to us, just them saying they are that person too.
You have to have the ID match up with the signature printed underneath it or have it " (New name on ID) FKA or AKA (Old Name not on ID) " and you only put the name on the ID you can verify.

This is where experience is important and newbies fall short.
