The last one I had with dementia was a wife and her husband who met at the realtor's office trying to sell a 2nd home. She was kicking and screaming and under protest walking through the parking lot, she wasn't going to do anything, didn't know why she was there, and wasn't signing a thing.
All I needed to hear. I thanked her so much for her time, nobody is forcing you to sign anything you are not comfortable with. I called the title Co. and got full payment anyway. He can go in front of a judge. All he can do. I wouldn't have wanted to be in that car on the ride home.
