Wow! Would you have been able to scan/email from the closing location using their high-speed scanner/copier? That's the only way I would have accepted such a low fee AND the signing location would need to be within 5 miles of me.
I had a purchase with scan backs for a SS last week that paid $175, which was still a bargain for them. It was a 30 mile/40 minute drive for me and I had to either bring my portable scanner or scan when I returned home. The page count was only 52 pages so I opted to scan at home.
My time is worth something and I will not give it away. |
