It seems that while I tried to escape the cold and wet of the Northern California coast by slipping down to the Southern California beach cities for a couple of weeks I brought the cold and damp with me. Today's a great day for some stick-to-your ribs comfort food like stuffed cabbage rolls or peppers. Unfortunately you don't find stuff like that on many restaurant menus in our area. All you guys are really making me long for some good old fashioned home cooking, I may have to make something for dinner tonight besides reservations!
