yeah, it's play money for me but i also love meeting strangers and notarizing refinances. I'm a realtor too. real estate is good only if you live it 24/7 in my area. I live 50 miles from any city over 15,000 so yes I'm going to be driving a lot! I'm not complaining, just had way too many when I was trying to have a fun weekend with friends in a cabin.
