To be Transparent, which is what I am. Yes we do Closings, been in the Real Estate Business for 30 plus years. We have been Closing loans since 2001. We do NOT just sit behind a Computer trying to find "Notaries" to go and sign Documents. Also, we do trainings, as well, for folks that want to learn how to Close a loan (Purchase or Refi). A vast majority of our Customers have been using our Service for 10 plus years. To those that are nervous, our Customers do know what we do and they are the reason we are doing what we do. Several of bigger Customers were not happy with the "Notaries" they were getting and turned to us to help (not only find Notaries, but to make sure we find good folks that can handle the job the correct way). If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out. I am not hard to find and I will have a conversation with anyone about what we do and if your that nervous, just let me know and I can put you in touch with several of our current Customers and they can tell you about the work we do (and I have Closers you could speak with as well).
