You know it's bad when you get there and then you get the "Oh, he's or she's having a bad day, but they know what's happening, right? Nudge, nudge..."...I hear that all the time. Most of the time they are sitting propped in a wheelchair and cannot even speak and someone guiding their hand.
Thanks but no thanks. I just can't do it and apologize to them.
