sometimes those snarky folks on the phone end up being sweet as pie when you met them.

Regarding voided checks: unless I know for a fact they are receiving funds and need a check, I would not ask them to have a check ready before seeing the docs.

We just never know what the dynamics might be, ie, could be a sensitive issue for signer like a short sale or funds going to an ex in a divorce settlement.
