Know exactly what you're talking about. Of course, they won't respond. I've responded to them a couple of times when receiving their 101 instructions for avoiding errors/omissions letting them know if they would just pay professional fees they would get professional results. No response.

So, I guess their current MO is working for them ... somewhat. During "the lockdown," they gladly and consistently met my fees. Oh well, another place/another time.

Hang in there! Hold to your fees. I've recently been contacted by 3 TCs (new to me) that found me here on NotRot, all with professional fees. Two of them signed already; the third one signing next week. None of them last minute, rush to make deadline. Love working stress-free with respectful, ethical companies. Smile
