Not only that but we should be adding a technology fee since the notary must bring a laptop or tablet AND their own hotspot connection. I took myself off of hybrid closings - I absolutely will not accept $75 and hybrids take longer anyway. I tried one out before they reduced the fee. Only 20 pages less to print.
